Horry was born in London (Islington)  on April 10, 1927. He worked on The Evening Standard for almost 40 years. He was and still is much loved and will always be remembered by all his family and friends. Apart from his family , his other love was to sing, he would sing at local talent nights and Frank Sinatra was his favourite singer. My proudest moment was dad singing That's life at my wedding..   Dad was great fun and we used to hear great stories from his friends and colleagues which I hope you may share with us on this site..
